The Public Prosecutor heard from the Mallawi Center in Minya Governorate, south of Egypt, the statements of the accused in the killing of his three children in front of the train on Saturday evening, where the defendant gave some incomprehensible words to the prosecution's investigations, and the Prosecution heard the statements of the accused's wife who denied the existence of family problems, confirming that he suffered psychological and nervous attacks.

Fawzi Ali, 62, a farmer, the brother of the accused, Mohamed Ali, the father of the victims, said that his brother suffers from mental illness and disorder, and that he boycotted him 12 years ago and there is no communication between them, and that he heard about the accident as the villagers heard him, and expressed his surprise at what happened.

He added that after the crime, his brother and a number of policemen threw stones and bricks at the police, smashed the windows of a van that was parked next to the railway track and started cursing and cursing everyone without justification.

The prosecution also listened to some eyewitnesses, and viewed the preliminary investigation report on the accident, which revealed that the accused had suffered psychological and neurological attacks some time ago.
