At 15:30 on April 21st, with the sound of an explosion, the original office building of the Nanchang High-tech Zone Administrative Committee, located on the bank of Aixi Lake in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, collapsed from the outside to the inside. After more than ten seconds, the office building turned into ruins. Buried in billowing dust, the building was successfully blasted.
It is understood that the blasting office building is to "make way" for the Aixi Lake Tunnel Project. The tunnel project has officially started construction in September 2019. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. The Aixi Lake Tunnel Project will be connected to the Nanchang Metro Line 3 east The extension project is implemented synchronously. It is understood that the building has a building area of 35,000 square meters, breaking the current record of the largest blasting of a single building in Jiangxi Province.
