Tohoku Shinkansen Tokyo-Morioka vertical line Operation suspended due to strong wind March 20 8:01
According to JR East, the Tohoku Shinkansen has stopped operating on the upper and lower lines between Tokyo Station and Morioka Station at 7:41 am because the anemometer reached the regulation value due to the strong wind.
