“In connection with the decree of the Russian government on restricting the entry of foreign citizens into Russia by May 1, 2020, the Moscow International Film Festival, which was supposed to be held from April 22 to 29, is postponed,” the press service of the festival quoted Interfax as saying.

It is noted that the new dates for the festival will become known later.

Earlier, the Ministry of Culture of Russia ordered to suspend the admission of visitors to all federal cultural institutions in connection with the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
