Dancer Dmitry Krasilov goes to Eurovision 2020 together with the rave band Little Big, which will represent Russia at the song contest. This was reported in the official social networks of the team.

“The most frequently asked question of recent days: will Dima Krasilov go with us to Eurovision? Yes, he will go with us to Rotterdam! ”, The message says.

This news pleased most commentators. Many emphasize that it was not in vain that they signed a petition asking them to send Krasilov to Rotterdam (almost seven thousand people left their signatures under it). Others call the Little Big statement "the best news of the day."

“At least something positive amid news about the coronavirus,” notes one of VKontakte users.

Some, however, are now interested in who Krasilov will go to Eurovision instead of - according to the rules of the song contest, a maximum of six people can be on stage.

“It is better to leave the Leningrad soloist at home. She has the smallest relation to the group. If seven people are not allowed on the stage, then let six people sing under the broadcast of the puhlyash dance to the full screen, ”users fantasize.

As always, the decision to release the artist on the scene turned out to be opponents. So, one of the users of VKontakte emphasizes that he considers the presence of Krasilov on the stage unnecessary.

“In the video, Dima is appropriate, but the composition for the scene is very well-chosen. Sonya and Ilyich alone will not stretch the track. Muzychenko, Florida and Lisov - a good backing. They are needed there! Muzychenko has several parts in a song like that. Without backing vocals we can’t sing normally. I think the guy is also wearing a microphone on the synthesizer, for a total of four backs + Ilyich and Sonya. They will sing as it should! Dima's dance can be played on the screen. Or take it with you, but let it dance in the life zone, ”writes one of the participants in the discussion on the Little Big VKontakte group.

For many commentators, a vague wording, with which the team announced the decision to take Krasilov to Rotterdam, reasonably caused questions.

“Will he just go with you or will he perform on stage?” These are different things, ”emphasizes one of the users.

“In whose capacity?” As part of the delegation? Will she just sit in the green room or will she speak? ”Another asks.

“The main thing is not just as support,” notes the third.

Internet users also urge fans of Little Big not to rejoice ahead of time, as Eurovision may be canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In early March, it was reported that representatives of the organizer - the European Broadcasting Union - were banned from traveling, as one of them found a coronavirus.

In addition, in the Netherlands, public events for more than 100 people are currently prohibited. The restrictions will be valid until at least April 6th. Thus, the organizers had to abandon the annual concert of the participants, which was scheduled for April 4.

Regarding the competition itself, which is due to take place in mid-May, a decision will be made later. Various formats of the event are being considered, with some experts calling for it to be held on the Internet.
