[Explanation] At about 19:15 on the evening of March 7, a collapse accident occurred at Xinjia Express Hotel, Nanhuan Road, Changtai Street, Licheng District, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, which caused about 70 people to be buried. After rehearsal, 71 people were trapped in the building after the incident (excluding 9 people who escaped by themselves).
[Explanation] On the evening of the 7th, the reporter saw at the scene that the hotel building collapsed into ruins, a large amount of construction steel was exposed, and the entire row of cars on the road surrounding the hotel was squeezed. On the ruins, rescue workers wore protective equipment to rescue, and search and rescue dogs also joined the search.
[Explanation] It is understood that after the collapse accident, the Quanzhou Fire Rescue Detachment Command Center immediately dispatched 7 squadrons and more than 200 commanders to the scene for disposal; the Fujian Fire Rescue Corps immediately increased the levels of Fuzhou, Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Putian, Longyan, etc. Nine detachments, a total of 5 heavy search and rescue teams, 6 light search and rescue teams, more than 800 finger soldiers, 7 search and rescue dogs across the region to reinforce the disposal.
[Explanation] As of 8:16 am on the 8th, 48 people have been rescued at the scene. At 10:24, 27 and 11: 3, rescuers carried three victims out of the rubble. On-site rescue work is still in progress. Online booking platform information shows that the hotel opened in June 2018 and has a total of 80 rooms of various types. It is understood that the building where the hotel is located has a total of 7 floors, and the guest rooms are located on the 4th to 6th floors.
