Seafarer Education School teacher arrested for possession of marijuana Saga March 5 at 6:26
A police officer was arrested by a police officer at a sailor training school in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, for possessing dry cannabis at the school.
Arrested is Ryota Okemoto, 42, a teacher at Sailor Education School in Karatsu. According to police, Okemoto is allegedly in violation of the Cannabis Control Law for having 0.174 grams of dry cannabis at school.
