The lawyer for the family of Mohamed Al-Mousa, the Syrian young man who was killed by the husband of actress Nancy Ajram, Dr. Fadi Al-Hashem, said that she “applied to the Lebanese judiciary to re-represent the murder” that occurred last month.
Lawyer Rehab Al-Bitar confirmed via her account on Twitter: “We have challenged all the procedures that were taken in the case file before the file reached the investigating judge under the allegation of them before the judiciary, and we submitted to the first investigating judge in Mount Lebanon Nicolas Mansour with a request to re-represent the crime in Nancy Ajram's villa Where is the crime scene.
