Is the high position a moral challenge for talented people? Sometimes we follow the rapid rise of local talent in the world of management and business, and with this opportunity, great obligations, administrative responsibilities and ethical challenges are generated in the first place. A large number of local talents were given the opportunity to assume leadership positions and proved their merit, despite their short experience and the modernity of their practical work, and they were able to overcome all barriers and tests and proved that they are worthy of these positions, and through training and monitoring the results are satisfactory and sometimes even exceed expectations.

A remarkable phenomenon that occurs in some sectors and institutions is that those who were given the small opportunity managed to jump on all stages of the career hierarchy. Sometimes the employees who are waiting for their turn are given the opportunity, on the pretext of administrative reasons. In some cases, the foreign talents that many young dreams dream about who believe that having the same opportunities can make them into the challenges of the future are used. This is their big dream, but they're still on the waiting list. It was previously the senior manager who granted these opportunities, but the roles have changed, and this is the year of life.

There are many interpretations of the position of the senior manager, and I asked some interested and managerial experts about this situation, and one of them said to me: Perhaps this results in what we call the position shock, because despite the high jumps in high positions, that employee feels in his heart that he is unable to Jumping! It is a feeling that kills creativity within it, and when creativity dies, apprehension from the creators around you begins! Another said: The great responsibilities need constant follow-up and empowered counselors give advice and advice in all safety, because individual decisions are often dominated by personal feelings, and unfortunately, the official does not fortify himself with the laws of the institution but with his desires.

It is known that modern institutions are governed by business ethics and strict rules of conduct, and that the principle of giving opportunities must be subject to clear laws from the institution or company and not to instruments granted by the senior manager to whomever he wants and however he wants.

One of the officials told me that the local job market is developing and expanding at a rapid pace, and many employees have their dreams and aspirations and resort to comparing themselves with others who arrived before them, and sometimes a new specialized position may be available in one of the sectors and this employee is the only candidate for this position, but he does not have the qualifications Necessary, so the institution or company is forced to seek external qualifications in order not to cause any imbalance in the work balance.

I told him: Is it reasonable that there is no local competence to fill this position?

Unfortunately, he told me sometimes.

I told him: Have you taken into account the qualification of the employee for the future and his training to be ready in these specialized fields or to promote him to manage the place or at least his experience temporarily until you are certain of his performance?

He told me: We have a human resource system that does not allow, and time is not on our side.

I told him: What about you? You are given the opportunity and prove your worth. Why do you deny others hope?

He told me: That time has passed.

Modern institutions are governed by strict business ethics and codes of conduct.
