With the blessing of Miguel Bosé, Movistar + and Shine Iberia will take the singer's life to television. More specifically, they will produce a series of three seasons of eight chapters each where Bosé himself will advise the scriptwriters while writing his autobiography.

"The series will review my life from childhood to today," Bosé told Variety magazine, which announced the project exclusively. "My character can be understood from my childhood, which raises the question of how, with everything that the child, the teenager and the young man has lived, he managed to do all the things he achieved. My childhood was very stormy, lonely and hermetic ", said the artist, born in one of the most famous clans in Spain.

"It was a family of strong characters: on the one hand, a bullfighter, and my mother's, all [the weight] of Italian neorealism," Bosé said. "No one could think that the son of such great figures - Lucía Bosé, the most beautiful woman in the world, and Luis Miguel Dominguín, the most successful and desired man - would survive all this," he added.

In this way, the first installment of the series will narrate Bosé's childhood and talk about his parents, his family and the privileged circle of personalities that surrounded him, including Pablo Picasso , Luchino Visconti, Salvador Dalí, Andy Warhol, Ava Gardner , Deborah Kerr, Jean Cocteau, Ernest Hemingway, Audrey Hepburn or Sofia Loren; to culminate with his first performance at Florida Park .

The second season will address Bosé's personal and artistic growth in London, New York, France, Italy, Spain and Mexico. And the third its flowering as an artist and how he was fulfilling his personal dreams.

Biopic

Shine Iberia, Elefantec Global and Legacy Rock Entertainment will produce the Bosé series for Movistar +. Macarena Rey, CEO of Shine Iberia behind Spanish programs such as Masterchef or 21 days , will oversee the development and production of fiction.

For almost five decades, Bosé has been one of the most famous Spanish artists worldwide, with more than 40 million records sold . He has also performed in about 30 titles, including Pedro Almodóvar's movie High Heels .

Returning to the series, this project follows the trail of Luis Miguel , the successful biopic about the Mexican singer starring Diego Boneta and Óscar Jaenada; or the biographical series announced about Isabel Pantoja and Joaquín Sabina. It should be noted that all these projects have been authorized by their protagonists, which, in fact, are actively participating in their development.
