Four days after the death of Franck Labois, a ceremony in tribute to this Lyonnais police officer (45 years old), who died in the exercise of his duties, will take place Friday (3:00 p.m.) at the Rhône prefecture. While the investigation follows its course, with a third arrest carried out this Thursday morning, the Minister of the Interior Christophe Castaner will be in Lyon Friday to preside over this tribute.

The Rhône prefecture has just communicated about the expected disturbances in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon due to this ceremony, which will take place in the presence of many elected officials.

Traffic will therefore be prohibited on Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. within a perimeter (defined above) around the district of the prefecture, while parking is already prohibited in this same area, until 6 p.m. Friday hours.
