No stress at the pump. According to the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the situation is "almost normal" in service stations this Thursday, national day of action against the pension reform project.

"All the refineries in mainland France continue to produce, and (...) four out of seven refineries are experiencing temporary difficulties in their shipments," the ministry said in a statement.

No difficulty in 98% of service stations

“This (Thursday) morning, only two out of around 200 depots are experiencing temporary difficulties, all the others normally ensuring their shipments (…) With regard to service stations, the situation remains almost normal and stable with always more than 98% 11,000 service stations that have no difficulty and are normally supplied, ”added one.

The CGT, majority in most refineries, called to continue stopping shipments until Thursday, at least. The previous interprofessional days and the total halt in expeditions from January 7 to 10 have not yet resulted in a massive shortage.
