(Jamal A.) tells his story, saying: “I have been working in a government agency for 35 years, and at that time I completed my university studies at a college in Sharjah, and then I got a bachelor’s degree in information systems, and I wanted to develop myself in my career, and I had previously I resigned from my previous job and joined the banking sector, after I got a distinguished job offer, which is the position of a branch manager in a bank, and I joined the work in 2012, and I was distinguished in my work, until a foreign manager was appointed to manage the bank in 2014, changes occurred and my services were terminated year 2014".
He added, “In 2013, I got a loan from the bank due to external debts, in the amount of 700,000 dirhams, and I paid 300,000 dirhams, and I still have, with the expenses of the loan, the amount of 419,000 dirhams, but in the same year my services were terminated and a lawsuit was filed against me to pay the debt And I suffered a severe psychological condition that resulted in my heart disease, and I went to Cleveland Hospital in Abu Dhabi and Rashid Hospital in Dubai for treatment.
He said: «I was issued a circular against me, in July of last year, and at the beginning of August I was arrested, and I was transferred to Sharjah Central Prison in connection with the financial case, and I completed five months in prison, but in the recent period my health worsened, and I suffered two strokes, one in The lung and the other in the foot, and I was transferred to Al Qasimi Hospital, and I was transferred to the intensive care unit in the hospital, and I have now been resting in the hospital for nearly a month under medical observation. Arterial occlusion and lung problems.
He said: «I have a family of four individuals (three daughters and a boy), and my wife works in one of the government agencies, but her salary covers hard life expenses and requirements for my family members hardly, knowing that after completing my services my psychological condition worsened due to the financial issue and how to pay, and I suffered due to The financial issue and the disease.
