The Ministry of Emergencies warned of snow and sleet in Moscow on the night of January 9

“From 00:00 in the Moscow region and from 03:00 in the city of Moscow until 11:00 on January 9, mixed precipitation is expected: snow, wet snow, rain, in some places sticking wet snow, ice. Glazed roads ”, - stated in a statement.

Earlier it was reported that Christmas night this year has become one of the warmest over the past 20 years in Moscow.

On January 7, the acting head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, said that a positive temperature anomaly was observed throughout the country.
