A waitress from the US state of Florida who just exhausted her bank account to fix her car got a $ 2,000 tip on Christmas Eve from a couple who told them about her financial troubles.
The American waitress, Lynette Bayo, said the couple suddenly left her a check for the money.
Bayo last month spent $ 2,000 on fixing her car, and the issue was raised in a conversation with the couple a few weeks ago.
When the couple returned to dinner on Christmas eve, they left the check for them as a tip, along with a message saying "Merry Christmas, take back your savings."
"When he started coming out and picked up the check, I started crying, and he started crying, and she too. It was totally amazing," Bayo told WTVTV television.
Thanks to tipping, Bayo was able to buy gifts for her family and friends, and said, "It's a Christmas miracle for me."
