Connecting waters off the Senkaku Four ships of the China Coast Guard sailing on December 21 at 10:32
According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, four vessels from the China Coast Guard are sailing offshore of the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, in a connection area just outside Japan's territorial waters.
As of 9:00 am on March 21, three of the four vessels are sailing approximately 33 km northwest of Uotori Island in the Senkaku Islands and one is sailing approximately 33 km northwest of Kuba Island. We continue to warn and watch to keep out of territorial waters.
