Male teachers in their 30s who worked at Ochanomizu University Junior High School in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo were subject to one month disciplinary action.
According to Ochanomizu University, in September, the teacher was assaulted by two boys who were watching them while they were teaching at school after school.
One of them suffered a serious injury such as a crack in the rib, and the other suffered a minor injury such as a bruise.
Ochanomizu University commented, “It is very regrettable to have caused such a case, and I would like to try to prevent recurrence by conducting training etc.”.
