In the judgment of 29th, Judge Shibayama Satoshi of the Kyoto District Court said, “The defendant's remark is that the principal of the Korean school in Kyoto abducted the Japanese, and there is no proof of truth, and it is defamation. The act of doing it or distributing it in a video is highly transmissible and cannot be neglected, "he dismissed the innocence and sentenced him to a fine of 500,000 yen.
