On November 15th, Jean-Louis Aubert released a double album, entitled "Refuge", composed of 22 tracks. The former leader of Téléphone was the guest of Matthieu Noël in l'Equipée sauvage, Tuesday, on Europe 1.

No longer present Jean-Louis Aubert, author, composer, performer, singer, guitarist, known and recognized on the French scene, ex-member of the group Telephone, become Les Insus? since the departure of bassist Corinne Marienneau. The musician was on Europe 1, Tuesday, at the microphone of Matthieu Noël on the show L'Equipée sauvage , to discuss the release this month of his latest album, Refuge , composed of 22 tracks.

"A buried self, which I was surprised to find"

"I think it's a bit long if you do not like Aubert," the singer acknowledges with humor. He says that he composed this album on tour and that he had the impression "that people were happy when [he] played [t] two or three hours". Hence this long and generous album.

More mystical, Jean-Louis Aubert says that to write this album, he was inspired by ... him: "A buried me, that I had not lost but that I was surprised to find". However, he says "do not be nostalgic at all." "I do not rehash the past, well, very little. Jean-Louis Aubert will be in concert on Wednesday and Thursday at the Bataclan, as well as December 4 and 5, before a tour throughout France in early 2020.
