In Naka Town, Tokushima Prefecture, about 700 farms cultivate “Kizuzu Yuzu”, a special product, which is shipped to countries such as the Tokyo metropolitan area and Kansai, as well as France and Germany.
Of these, in the field of Mitsuhiro Kubo, where nearly 400 yuzu trees are planted, the yellow-colored yuzu fruits have become bells that are carefully picked and harvested one by one.
According to the local JA, although the temperature in October was high and the actual coloring was delayed for about a week, it was able to produce a large and fragrant citron, so we expect to ship about 900 tons. The

Harvest of “Kizuzu Yuzu” will continue until around the 25th of this month, and shipping will continue until the winter solstice next month.
