At a ceremony in Dubai, management of the Park Hyatt New York unveiled the new opening of the Manhattan Sky Suite, located above the hotel on the 59th floor of the iconic One57 residential tower, north of Manhattan's 57th Street.

The Manhattan Sky Suite, the highest suite in New York and the only one directly overlooking the famous Central Park Gardens, stretches over an area of 4,200 square feet and 11 feet high, and includes three bedrooms and a grand salon, a full kitchen and living room. Its location allows guests to enjoy direct views of the famous Central Park Gardens from all sides and the 360 degree Manhattan skyline.

Peter Roth, Vice President and Managing Director of Park Hyatt New York, said: “We have chosen Dubai to unveil the Manhattan Sky Suite because it is the first of its kind in the world, and because the UAE is ranked first in terms of luxury and hospitality in the region and the Middle East. In a short period of time, it will create a special place on the world tourism map through its luxury hotels and five-star hospitality services. I do not rule out opening a similar suite for Manhattan Sky in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. ”

He added: “The total cost of establishing, designing, equipping and operating the pavilion was $ 29 million. The pavilion cost $ 50,000 per night, with a minimum duration of one week. Personal facilities, a personal chef throughout the stay, and daily physical treatments at a popular hotel spa. ”
