German police have arrested a man attacking pedestrians in the city of Hamburg and stabbing them in the buttocks, according to the network «NDR».
German police said some stab wounds were about 8 centimeters deep.
Investigations reported that the young man carried out his first attack at approximately 3 am, then returned at 6:30 and continued his assaults.
Following the third attack, the 23-year-old was arrested by the authorities. Police said that the young man who carried out the attacks will be transferred to the psychiatric department of a hospital to ensure his mental health.
