The easiest way to find out about the social and introvert employee at work is to have a meeting for each department and say this phrase: I want each of you to talk a little about himself. This sentence is terrifying for the introverts and a joy for the social, and this talk does not mean that either is wrong, these differences in personalities no more, not social smarter than the introverts nor the latter better than the first.

Introversion does not always mean unity, and the openness of a person does not necessarily reflect ego. You cannot determine how socially or introverted a person is, in practice, each of us shy to a certain degree, even the most open is ashamed to reveal certain things, but we all come out of our shell when we feel comfortable with certain people or if we are comfortable with the environment in which we are.

Sometimes introverts try to hide this feature in their workplaces because they think they will adapt better, which is wrong. The best ways to coexist between the two types are:

Usually, introverts lose the opportunity to promote in favor of social people but are less efficient because the general perception is that the social is better at managing people, but studies have shown that the ability of the socialist / open-minded to make decisions, most of them have bad results, because they are not considered contrary to the careful introverted in his decisions.

The world needs balance, social charisma and the power of its communication is indispensable, but introverts do not have to be because their creativity comes from calm.

A US study of 4,000 executives has shown that introverts have outperformed socialists because of their focus on productivity and quality of work, not ambition. The introverts also focused on building fruitful relationships with each employee rather than communicating with everyone, generating high trust between staff and their introverts.
