A surgical team at the digestive center at Mansoura University managed to extract a large number of cutlery including spoons and forks, as well as rings and chains inside a patient's intestines.
The patient is 20 years old and suffers from atrophy of the brain. The center arrived suffering from severe abdominal pain.
A medical examination using the telescope and radiation found the presence of foreign bodies according to the Egyptian newspaper Al-Youm Al-Sabeaa, and conducted a surgical exploration, and extracted a number of spoons and forks, a gold ring and chains and some foreign objects, and the patient is out of the operations and his condition is currently stable.
