Ingredients:

- 250 g pure butter dough

- 8 black figs

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

The almond cream:

- 100 g of unrefined sugar (type rapadura, muscovado ...)

- 100 g of almond powder

- 100 g of well-ointed butter

- 1 drop of bitter almond

Preparation:

-Insert the top of the cross figs and sugar them with vanilla sugar.

-For the almond cream: add the sugar to the butter, mixing well with the whisk without insisting too much. Add the almond powder, mix: it's ready!

- Go for a pie dough with the broken dough and prick the bottom with a fork. Spread the almond cream in the bottom of the pie, arrange the figs and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C. Let cool before tasting.
