Philippe Vandel's guest on Wednesday morning on Europe 1, the presenter of the 20 hours came back on the news of the appointment of information of France 2 for this season.

INTERVIEW

One week before the children, the 20 hours make their return, this week. Still at the helm of the edition of France 2, the journalist Anne-Sophie Lapix has returned on the changes made by his channel this summer at the microphone of Philippe Vandel, Wednesday on Europe 1.

"We were a little too far from everything"

"People zap, it must be taken into account," begins Anne-Sophie Lapix about the banner at the bottom of the screen, which tells viewers the title of the topic being broadcast. Already present last year, it will be maintained this season, just like the information verification section: "As long as people trust us, we need to prove to them that we are able to detect the 'Fake news' ".

Space management has also been modified for this season. "The plateau is huge, it's a cathedral," says the journalist. "You can exploit it in different ways. (...) It is very useful, especially during special parties, elections, etc. But when you say your newspaper, you look at someone, you talk to him and it is not necessary not to be too far away (...) We felt we were a little too far from everything, it gave a rather cold effect.

Mosquitoes during Emmanuel Macron's interview

To start this season, France 2 has made a nice "shot" by interviewing Emmanuel Macron in the Basque Country, at the end of the G7 Biarritz, Monday ... In conditions very different from those of the rearranged plateau, reveals the presenter. "During the interview, when you have flies or mosquitoes that land on you, it's a little embarrassing," she smiles. "When it's about the person you're looking at, it's pretty disconcerting too, but we held it."
