“The unstable nature of the weather is expected with rains of varying intensity,” the report says on the website of the State Ministry of Emergencies in the region.

“On August 14-15, heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected. On August 17-18, in addition to precipitation, wind intensification is forecasted, ”the department noted.
