He noted that the development of intercultural cooperation can change the situation over time.
“Here we must not complain about our fate because of our enormity, but work calmly, establish human intercultural relations, which we are doing as much as we can. As a rule, the more ground there is for cooperation, the less bias there is, ”he added.
