For 25 years of the release of the cult film The City of Fear , a giant carioca was held Thursday night in Cannes, on the sidelines of the Festival. To participate in this flashmob, he had to follow the dress code: black pants and white shirt. But Alain Chabat and Gérard Darmon were wanted to reproduce the famous original carioca.

The day was marked by carioca. Several hundred people gathered at the end of the afternoon near the Palais des Festivals to dance, guided by about fifteen professional dancers.

A humor that appeals to all generations

But what the fans were waiting for the most was the original choreography ... which was desired. Before the outdoor screening, Dominique Farrugia, Chantal Lauby and Alain Chabat presented the film. "I was super excited before the start of the session, it's one of my childhood movies," says Lucas, 21, at the microphone of Europe 1.
