Remember how a country suddenly unravelingly rushed towards capitalism to protect it from, as they said then, the heritage of the dark Soviet past, and also led us along the high road to a glorious and beautiful future? They believed that the almighty market would solve all the problems and solve everything in the best possible way, just know that you don’t interfere.

He came to the formed vacuum in order to save everyone and set him on the right path. He even presented himself in human form: vigorous and kind, with a broad smile and respectable; maybe a little arrogant, but understanding and always courteous.
But the fast paradise did not happen. Capitalism turned out to be wild, unrestrained and on its own mind, the smile of a respectable market was fake, and it began to resemble more and more Shuksha “energetic people” who grimaced, squealed and roared in every way, ready to take everything from life, to take and pick anyone.
“Minor demons” cleared up. Hurricane. It is now they huddled in the corners and along the cracks, but much of their feast remained, and this should be straightened so that the rust again would not corrode everything around.
One of the main attributes of the time: a growing army of people without a certain place of residence, who lost their homes and wandering around the world in shadows, as if they had sucked all the juices and discolored. Then the "energetic people" created a whole industry of apartment weaning among the population. To drive into debt or plant a glass, then put on the counter and pick up housing. Wild capitalism as it is. Not only pensioners, not only lonely people, but also enterprising people who decided to try their luck and play Russian roulette with the emerging market suffered from all this. From this, no one was insured.
The industry of such devastation kept pace with the times. At first, the infinite mimicked the black realtors into dark matters, and after that it acquired a more or less respectable form of microfinance organizations. In exchange for quick and easy money at an unbelievable percentage, they did not demand a mortgage, but they could well have taken the property. It was easy: getting into the network and gaining the habit of living occupying, the person easily slid over the web of debts, becoming more and more entangled. The status of a permanent debtor along with alcoholism, drug addiction and gambling is a dangerous passion that can easily unwind all of human life, smash it into pieces and turn it into dust. They used this: you don’t need a knife to fool, it’s enough to roll out a few light coins - and it’s in your pocket (or rather, all his possessions).
In this regard, an important bill has been submitted to the State Duma. It must protect people from fraud of microfinance organizations and prohibit them from entering into loan agreements secured by housing.
The fact that this is the initiative of State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin and the Chair of the Federation Council, Valentina Matvienko, says that they have taken this field with full seriousness. The bill also tightens the requirements for organizations issuing microcredits, in order to clean up this area from businessmen and rogues from the main road.
It is hoped that the wildest atavism of the timelessness era will be eradicated and the fraudulent line stretched in time will be stopped. But in fact, as in those very lawless times: I went to the kiosk and was left without pants and a purse; jumped at the bus stop at the pavilion of the minute loan, and while he was driving home, he was already a stranger - interest had come running.
This bill is important not only as protecting people from fraudsters who, with their tricks and tactics of pickers, can take the last, but also an important gesture to correct the general situation, getting rid of that wild and bestial grin when a man is a wolf. Although radicalism in this matter is desired, it is impossible. The areas affected by the tumor are filigree to be overgrown with living flesh without any aggressive environment. It takes time.
Everything is being done gradually, because it has grown strongly and intertwined over the years of stagnation and becoming: if one is uprooted, then a lot can fall down. The State Duma methodically deals with the legacy of the nineties, is engaged in the civilization of the wild and unbridled, what remains of those times, and the same microloans will raise the bar for the requirements of business reputation.
Microcredits is one of the last attributes of that wildest capitalism, resembling completely destructive pyramids for the enslavement of citizens. There are huge money spinning.
We still have a lot to comb, to work in the legislative field and curb the destructive, otherwise the rust will come out again and start to eat away. It instantly poisons the social organism and provokes many storms. All the wild and without the coast has long been tired and wrinkled, I want more of a human, fair.
