The news that American troops stationed on the border of the United States and Mexico were allowed to use weapons to kill and participate in operations to eliminate riots, immediately got on the front pages of newspapers and was the subject of discussion on television. Although in a good way it was surprising that for nearly a month the troops at the Mexican border had no such right before this Tuesday.

However, this is most likely due to the fact that until recently there was no special need for such a permit. After all, the troops were sent to the border in order not to miss the now famous refugee caravan, and he got to the United States just recently.

At the beginning of October, a detachment of about 200 people who were seeking a better life moved from Honduras to the north. For several days this squad has grown like a snowball. Color, however, he was not at all white and most of all resembled a blank for a snowman, made by children living in some industrial mono-town. Brown and black men, women, old people, teenagers, children - in cheap jeans and shirts, or even simply in rags and rags, in worn sneakers or even barefoot - stubbornly went north. By the time they reached the border with Guatemala, there were already about four thousand.

In Guatemala, of course, there was no better life and it did not smell - this country is as poor, dangerous and unsettled as Honduras, only the prices there are much higher, but by this time the event’s popularity was already so great that several thousand person.

The whole crowd approached the banks of the Suciata River, behind which lay Mexico, against the background of the Honduran-Guatemalan nightmare that looked almost like a beacon of civilization. On that side of the refugees, frowning Mexican border guards were waiting for, and not with bread and salt (or, considering ethnic realities, not with a burrito). Moreover, additional forces of the Mexican police special forces were pulled to the Guatemalan border.

Photographs of the bridge over Suchyata, which was packed with refugees along its entire length, went around the whole world. UN experts estimated that there were about 7,200 refugees in the Mexican checkpoint, and they kept on coming. Mexicans were in no hurry to let in uninvited guests, although they were well aware that not all refugees seek to settle with them in the state. The overwhelming majority of southerners rushed into the country, which in their environment is simply called El Norte (North), that is, in the United States of America. In a country where milk and honey are flowing, and money is lying under your feet, it is enough to bend over and pick up.

That part of Central America, from which migrants mostly flee, is, if not a hell on earth, then certainly adok. The real power there belongs to drug cartels and powerful gangster syndicates, many of which, by the way, are ruled by Mexican clans.

For example, Sinaloa (aka Pacific Cartel), which controls more than half of all drug trafficking in the United States. The former head of this cartel, Joaquin Guzman Loera, the richest drug dealer in the world, until his arrest in 2016 felt so unpunished that he threatened Donald Trump himself (though at that time the latter was only a candidate for US presidency), as well as the leader of the organization of the IS *, banned in the Russian Federation, * Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, whose people destroyed a large consignment of goods belonging to Sinaloa in the Middle East. Another crime syndicate that spread its influence over the territory from Peru to Alaska is the notorious MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatruch, or the Brigade of Salvadoran Stray Ants. Emerging in Los Angeles in the early 1980s as an organization of immigrants from El Salvador who fled to the States from the horrors of the civil war, MS-13 became the largest criminal organization with hundreds of thousands of fighters and thousands of clicks of territorial branches.

In Honduras alone, in the youth street gangs that were part of or subordinated to the Mara Salvatruch syndicate, in the early 2000s there were about 100,000 people (later, however, their number somewhat decreased as a result of the shootings practiced by special Honduran army’s death squads) . “Salvadoran vagrant ants” do not disdain drug trafficking, but their main occupation is the smuggling of live goods, that is, the smuggling of illegal migrants into the US, as well as the smuggling of weapons. Another source of income for MS-13 is the good old racketeering — clicks scattered throughout the United States, are covered by immigrants from Central America — both legal ones who somehow or not have settled in their new homeland as well as illegal ones.

The technology here is very simple: Latin Americans entering the US state that they intend to apply for asylum. At this stage, they can not refuse: they all go to a special immigration court, which considers their application. In the overwhelming majority of cases, judges refuse them, but while the case is being considered, the migrant manages to get lost in the depths of the American cities. There, they immediately begin to “take care of” the gangs belonging to the MS-13 empire, or their competitors.

The vast majority of our compatriots hardly imagine the scale of infiltration of Central American criminals into the rich and prosperous US society. Today, under the control of "Salvadoran stray ants" are entire areas in dozens of American cities. It is known that many MS-13 members even serve in the US Army, not only in the territory of America itself, but also abroad, and actively recruit their fellow countrymen to the ranks of the organization.

So far, “stray ants” have been killing mostly Latino migrants like them, but sooner or later white Americans will also become their victims. Threats from Salvatruchas, for example, have long been received by volunteers from the public organization Minuteman Project, which monitors the US-Mexican border in order to counter illegal immigration.

According to the US Department of Homeland Security, in the ranks of the "army" of migrants, which finally reached the border with the United States and housed in the Mexican city of Tijuana near the San Diego border crossing, there are more than 500 bandits.

All in all, more than 6,000 migrants have now accumulated in Tijuana, and they are still arriving - more and more caravans are moving from the depths of Central America, and more and more new refugee groups adjoin them. It is expected that soon the number of refugees in Tijuana will exceed 10 thousand people, and after all they all need to be placed somewhere, to feed something.

10 thousand people is a serious force, and the fact that well-trained, trained, brutal fighters of drug cartels and gangs make up only the twentieth part of the horde should not be misleading. If it comes to a power conflict, these 500 militants, hiding behind women, old people and children, will easily sweep away the barriers of American border guards and customs officers. And without human sacrifice at the same time, most likely, will not do.

Those who watched the Mark Forster film “War of the Worlds Z”, certainly remember the episode in which hordes of zombies, piled up on each other, climb over the giant wall protecting Jerusalem. The situation on the southern border of the United States is becoming more and more similar to this post-apocalyptic fighter, although, of course, the scale of what is happening so far is not enough for Hollywood.

That is why long before the first detachments of the caravan reached Tijuana, President Trump ordered the US Army to be sent to the southern border. 5,900 troops and more than 2,000 National Guard soldiers were supposed to be a reliable barrier on the way of refugees seeking to break into the US.

It was assumed that the first clashes could occur as early as the beginning of November, just before the mid-term congressional elections, and influence the vote. But either the organizers of the caravan badly calculated the time, or the "conspiracy theory" turned out to be erroneous, but the elections were held, and the caravan was still on the way.

But over the past week, the forward units of the caravan reached the border. Thousands of refugees have not yet attempted to storm the Promised Land: they are hanging around Tijuana, which has turned into a huge transshipment camp, sleeping in the mud at the city’s baseball stadium and terribly annoying the locals. In addition, they are quite formally applying for asylum: although the San Diego transition is now closed even to the traditionally law-abiding inhabitants of Tijuana and the surrounding area, the immigration inspectors still receive, but they process no more than 100 requests per day (this means that the processing of documents of all participants in the caravan will take at least three months). Meanwhile, the situation in Tijuana is heating up more and more: hundreds of citizens, angry with the deterioration of the crime situation, go on demonstrations under the slogan "Get out of our Mexico!"

And since to return back to the hell of Salvador and Honduras, none of the refugees is not going to, “get out” can only be in one direction - the north. There, where there are troops ready to repel aggression.

It was in such a situation that the White House issued a decree allowing the army to use weapons to protect the border guards. And although this document, signed by the head of the Trump administration, General Kelly, is especially vague in nature, among the measures that are allowed to be used by the military are demonstration and the use of force, including lethal ones, crowd control actions and the implementation of detentions.

It would seem that here is this? And this is what: the decree balances on a fine line between fulfilling the main task of the US Army (protecting the state from outside attack) and violating the Posit Comitatus Act of 1878, under which the military is forbidden to assume police functions in the United States. This law was passed after the civil war in the United States in order to prevent the recurrence of such conflicts.

And if the army will have to shoot at the "refugees" who are bursting into the US, it can be - and certainly will be! - interpreted by liberal judges of America as a deliberate violation of the law of 1878 by order of the US President (which is why, by the way, the document was signed not by Trump himself, but by the head of his administration). And this, in turn, is the abuse of authority and even abuse of power. What is not a reason for impeachment, which dreams in sweet dreams of democrats who have just received a majority in the lower house of congress?

Skip the caravan in the US Trump can not. And the only alternative scenario is the use of the army.

In these conditions, the key figure becomes the head of the Pentagon, James Mattis - he must give the troops the order to use force. However, to do this, according to Mattis himself, he must first receive a request from the Department of Homeland Security (the same one that warns about 500 militants who disguise themselves as refugees). But even after receiving such a request, the military cannot, for example, arrest migrants who have broken into the US: they can only hold them for a few minutes in order to hand them over to the police.

One can imagine what kind of hell will open up on the border if 10 thousand people, most of whom are women and children, driven by skilled puppeteers, rush to break through fortifications built by the engineering units of the US Army in a hurry. And now, for a moment, let us assume that the trained drug cartel fighters will start throwing the military with stones and bottles with the Molotov cocktail, hiding in the crowd. What would be the answer - it is easy to guess, especially considering that it is impossible to arrest refugees, but you can shoot to kill.

In this situation, the Great Mexican Wall, which Trump had promised to build for his voters, would have been more opportune. But there is no wall, and, most likely, there will not be - at least in the coming years. On the other hand, there are democrats and liberals who are trying to open the doors of America to legal and illegal migrants more widely, and at the same time angrily condemn the White House’s host for “inhuman”, “anti-human” and even “fascist” steps to ensure the security of their country.

Refugees from Honduras and El Salvador, who are now camped in Tijuana, have never known that they are just pawns in someone else's game, a weapon that the Democrats and Obama's “progressives” are going to use to hit Donald Trump. In general, it is possible to understand refugees - they just dream of a better life, as is characteristic of any person.

It is much more difficult to understand politicians who are ready to sacrifice the lives of dozens - if not hundreds, for the sake of destroying the president they hated! - people and unleash not a cinema-Hollywood, but a very real war of the worlds - the super-rich North and the backward, steeped in the corruption and violence of the South.
