Ingredients for 4 persons

- 80 grams of flour
- 80 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 yellow
- 125 grams of dark chocolate
- 125 grams of butter
- 4 small chocolate eggs (milk, white, thickets ... according to your tastes)

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the butter and chocolate over very low heat, stirring occasionally. Mix the flour with the sugar, then add the eggs and yolks while whisking, pour the melted chocolate. Mix everything to obtain a homogeneous device. Sift the mussels to soft (butter them and put some flour shaking well to remove the excess). Pour a fluffy layer into the mussels, place a chocolate egg in the middle and cover with 2/3 of the mussels.

Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the mellow rest 2 minutes before unmolding. Sip immediately.
