“Having got to the studio where the“ Hoffmaniada ”was created, we realized that we have the opportunity to introduce visitors to the Museum of the Roerichs into the fairy-tale world of Hoffmann, the writer who had a great influence on Nikolai Konstantinovich Roerich,” the Director of the Roerich Museum told the Izvestia newspaper Tigran Mkrtychev, who owns the idea of the exhibition.

The main character of the exhibition, like the cartoon, is Hoffmann himself, whose image changes from layout to layout.

It is noted that the models and dolls of the exposition are worked out by artists to the smallest details.

Each doll was created using metal, fabric, wood, paint, foam rubber, thread and braid with the participation of at least five masters during the month.

“All the dolls in the exposition are gaming, they have pens, legs, mouths open. By the way, the puppet's mouths are replaceable, ”says the exhibition artist Stanislav Sokolov.

The Museum reported that the exhibition will be open until March 24.

Earlier it was reported that on January 25 a joint action of the Theater “At the Nikitsky Gate” and the Vysotsky House-Museum - “Vysotsky at the Nikitsky Gate” will take place. Also, the Internet newspaper Dni.ru reported on the Christmas festival at the Arkhangelskoe estate museum.
