Residents have made in Wittenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern a man who wanted to steal drying lingerie hanging from a private property. In a house search at the 43-year-olds, the investigators later found seven full shopping bags with lingerie, as the police in Ludwigslust announced.
She assumes that the suspect is eligible for further laundry thefts that have not been reported so far. The officials asked potential injured persons to contact them. Even on the clothesline where the thief was caught, laundry had already been stolen in the past weeks.
