Actor Kevin Spacey, an Oscar winner, has been indicted for allegedly sexually molesting an 18-year-old boy at a pub in Massachusetts more than two years ago, a local prosecutor said.
Spicy is scheduled to appear before the Nantucket County Court on January 7 for alleged felony and harassment of a minor boy, court documents and a statement by Michael O'Keefe, the attorney general of Cape and Islands, show.
Spicy's lawyer did not respond to the request for comment, but Spicy posted a video on YouTube yesterday, in which Frank Underwood played the character in the famous television show House of Cards. "I know what you want, you want me to come back," he said. Do not rush into judgments without facts, do you? "
The three-minute registration did not indicate what was attributed to him.
Spice, 59, was charged after a procedural hearing on Dec. 20, O'Keefe said.
The accusation comes in the wake of television reporter Heather Unroe in November, 2017, that Spacy had sexually molested her 18-year-old son at the Carrot restaurant on Natokit Island, off the southern coast of Massachusetts, on July 7, 2016.
More than 30 men had previously said they were the victims of unwanted sex attempts by Spacey, who was debated last year when actor Anthony Rap accused him of trying to seduce him in 1986 when he was 14. In October 2017, Spacey apologized for any misconduct with Rab but has not commented on it since.
As a result, Spicy was not included in the final part of the House of Cards series and was excluded from the 2017 film "All the World's Money" (First Manny in the World).
Spice is an Oscar for best actor in 2000 for American Beauty.
