The Chinese pianist, Ran Jia, performed a remarkable performance yesterday, concluding with the Abu Dhabi Classic Music Festival for the 2018-2019 season organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi.
In her debut in the Middle East, Ran Jia, one of the most brilliant musicians of our time, presented a musical program that captures the finest romantic works.
The concert, which I performed at the Abu Dhabi Theater, included a renewed performance by the Austrian composer Franz Schubert. The concert opened with three solo pieces on the piano by one of China's leading contemporary composers, her father Daqun Jia.
