In the case of the student Maurice K. from Passau, who was killed in a fight, the prosecution, two defense lawyers and the two representatives of the co-plaintiff have appealed. Affected are the sentences against the 16 and 25-year-old main offenders and the 15-year-old third convicted. Only the verdict against a 17-year-old is now final, said the district court.

The prosecutor and the representative of the father of the killed appealed against the sentences against the main perpetrators. The lawyer of the mother of the victim also went against the verdict against the 15-year-olds. Likewise, the defenders of the 25-year-old and the 16-year-old appealed.
