A 60-year-old Grammy winner and music teacher is said to have coerced one of his students into sexual intercourse and in return promised to support her in her career as a singer.

Police from Clayton, North Carolina state that Ivan Hampden, Jr., has been arrested at his home. Among other things, the 60-year-old is accused of sexual slavery in several cases.

Investigators said that the musician should have tied his victim in a back room of his music school. There he shot sex videos with the woman. Then he sent her the recordings. The alleged victim, who is about 50 years old, first took singing lessons with Hampden Jr. in 2014 and contacted the police with the help of a friend.

Hampden Jr. won the coveted Grammy Award in 2004. He was honored for his work on various R & B performances, including collaborating with Beyoncé and Luther Vandross.
