The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation announced that the Republic of Mongolia has decided to exempt UAE nationals from the pre-entry visa for their lands as of May 15.
This exemption comes in accordance with the decision of the Government of Mongolia, which allows UAE nationals (holders of all types of diplomatic, private, mission and regular passports) to travel to the Republic of Mongolia without the need for a pre-visa and for a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of obtaining the visa, Mongolia on arrival.


In accordance with this decision, the holder of the UAE passport applying for the visa through Mongolia's international border ports must, upon arrival, complete the visa application form as provided for in Article 4.10 of the Mongolian visa system and submit the following required documents, Validity of less than six months), a recent personal photo, a itinerary / flight ticket or train, a copy of hotel reservation or accommodation information in Mongolia, plus a receipt notification of payment of visa fees.


Hamad Sari Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, hailed Mongolia's announcement to exempt state citizens from entry visas, stressing the friendly relations of cooperation between the two friendly countries.
He said that the decision to exempt state citizens from the pre-entry visa reflects the strong relations between the two countries, and will enhance tourism and cultural exchanges, as well as promote new opportunities for business, trade and investment.


Al Mazrouei explained that this exemption comes within the context of the diplomatic and consular efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aimed at strengthening the UAE's position on the global level.
