"At 7:30, the oldest of the 20-year-old family, according to her statements, heard a very violent cry and, when she got up, came face to face with her mother armed with a knife," he told AFP the public prosecutor in Lons-le-Saunier, Jean-Luc Lennon.
The young woman, also wounded by her mother, called the helpers who found in an upstairs room, the 11-year-old died from several stab wounds. "Four sores in the throat, two wounds in the neck, a wound in the heart and a wound in the hand," detailed the prosecutor.

The parents, divorcing, were separated and the father lives in Besançon with a third child, a boy whose age was not specified. The eldest daughter was hospitalized, but "her life-threatening condition is not engaged," according to Lennon.
The prosecution of Lons-le-Saunier should relinquish the investigation, entrusted to the research team of Dole, for the benefit of the prosecution of Besançon, competent in criminal matters.
