Engineer Ibrahim Subhi al-Shahaheda was named minister of agriculture and environment minister, replacing Nayef Hamidi al-Fayez in the environment and Khaled Musa al-Hanifat in agriculture.
Dr. Mohammed Suleiman Abu Rumman was appointed Minister of Culture and Minister of Youth, replacing Makram Mustafa Al Qaisi in Youth and Basma Mohammed Al Nsour in Culture.
