ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 20 cl of olive oil
  • 200 g fresh goat cheese
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 3 c. honey vinegar
  • cute pepper
  • chives and chervil

Preparation of the recipe

1. Peel and split the cucumbers in half. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.

2. In the bowl of a blender, pour cucumber cubes, yogurt, goat cheese, olive oil, finely chopped herbs and four ice cubes.

3. Add the vinegar and adjust the seasoning. Pour soup into verrines and serve with a little pepper.
