The island of Switzerland will be the first real estate development in the UAE for chalets with waterfront structures built on an artificial mountain on an island in the coast of Dubai.
It will also feature an outdoor ice-skating rink, the only one of its kind in Dubai, offering guests the chance to spend the most beautiful time in the snow, playing snowballs, building snowman figures, and enjoying the refreshing atmosphere.
The "Heart of Europe" project, which is being carried out in partnership with international companies, is characterized by the value of some existing properties. Ten palaces on the island of Sweden, one of the six islands in the project, were sold for 100 million dirhams per villa.
