Abu Dhabi Police called on the public to get away from five taboos to keep them from scammers and robbers who invent multiple criminal means to steal telephone data and make tempting fake promises.

The five prohibitions are suspicious sites, phishing calls, phantom awards, fraudulent messages, and methods of stealing personal data.

She pointed out the need not to respond to phone calls and suspicious messages aimed at access to information bank cards and the secret numbers of accounts and others in order to capture and focus on the victims.

She urged mobile phone users not to be tempted by user-centric tricks by winning valuable non-core awards, with many reports saying they were fake prizes aimed at either grabbing the money or entering a "complex network" of deceptive communications and phishing messages, Which eventually ends up draining money from a non-real return.

She stressed the role of the media and social networking sites in achieving the goals of the campaign: Khalk warned, "stressing the importance of concerted all in addressing the gangs and fraudsters and promote a culture of rejection of phishing false messages and awareness of the methods of dealing with them and inform the police to deal with them and to take them and take legal action against them.
