According to the WeChat official account of the Beijing Consumers Association, some consumers have recently reported that some games, comics and other apps downloaded from the Little Genius T1 children's tablet app store contain pornographic, bloody and violent content. On the issue of minors imitating illegal and criminal behaviors, on July 18, Beijing Consumers Association, Tianjin Consumers Association, and Hebei Consumer Rights Protection Committee (hereinafter referred to as the three consumer associations) jointly interviewed Guangdong Xiaocai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Little Talent Company).
The Consumers Association of the Three Regions found out that there are about 445 sales outlets in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, including 149 in Beijing, 75 in Tianjin, and 221 in Hebei Province, by inquiring about the "sales outlets" announced by Xiaocai T1 children's tablet. It is presumed that the tablet computer in question has a relatively large sales volume in the three places. Therefore, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers in the three places, the Consumers Associations of the three places decided to jointly conduct an interview with the Little Talent Company.
At the meeting, the secretary-generals of the Consumers Associations of the three places inquired about Xiaocai Company on relevant issues respectively, and sent an "Inquiry Letter" to Xiaocai Company, requesting it to reply before July 28.
