[Explanation] The 14-year-old Zhuang girl Wei Lizhen lives in a village deep in the Dashi Mountain. It takes an hour to drive from the county seat to the town, and it takes half an hour to get there.

His parents planted on the barren land for a livelihood, and their income was unstable. Wei Lizhen's family of six lived very hard.

Because of her excellent character and learning, after graduating from elementary school, she was selected to enter the "Yangfan Class" of ecological education immigrants in Xincheng County Minority Middle School in Guangxi.

A few days ago, the reporter met Wei Lizhen at Xincheng County Minority Middle School.

[Explanation] The "Sailing Class" of ecological education immigrants benefiting Wei Lizhen is an innovative measure taken by the Guangxi District Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association to explore the road to poverty alleviation in impoverished mountainous areas.

[Explanation] In 2009, the Guangxi District Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association proposed a new model of "eco-education migration", that is, selecting and sending outstanding primary school graduates from rural areas with weak ecological conditions to schools with better conditions at the county level, named "Yangfan Class" to ensure They spend the critical period of adulthood, go to high school, enter university, and work in cities, in order to reduce the carrying capacity of ecologically weak areas and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty.

[Explanation] In September 2009, the Guangxi District Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association raised funds to open the first "Ecological Education Migration" project "Sailing Class" in Xilin County, Baise City, Guangxi. It must be very lucky to come to the "Yangfan Class", because the "Yangfan Class" can only be entered through selection. After I came to this class, I met a lot of interesting and outstanding students, who gave me a lot of help and often comforted me. Encourage me, I can learn many excellent qualities from them.

[Explanation] Fan Xinchao, the head of Xincheng County Minority Middle School, said that Yangfan Class pays attention to cultivating students to become "talents" and "adults", creating favorable conditions for them to get out of the mountains and eventually enter the city for employment.

Since 2010, the school has established 6 "Sailing Classes" and trained 300 students to help them realize their lofty ambitions of "Set sail and reshape lives".

A lot of work has been done for the "Yangfan Class". The first is to select more excellent class teachers to serve as the head teachers of the "Yangfan Class" and arrange very capable teachers to serve as subject teachers; the second is through one-on-one Support, in terms of thinking, learning, etc., especially for students with difficult life and learning difficulties, the school arranges teachers to provide one-on-one assistance to them; the third aspect is to increase activities in various aspects.

I think that the "Sailing Class" (will) continue.

[Explanation] Xincheng County Deputy County Magistrate Mai Jialong introduced that the opening of the "Sailing Class" helped impoverished students in mountainous areas who were resettled in different places to become talents, helped poor families solve the biggest development problems, and realized "grow a child, bring The goal of "a family" will drive immigration and employment, and effectively promote targeted poverty alleviation.

This class has good conditions and the quality of the students is also very good. They are all from poor families. They are very motivated and motivated to learn. The quality of our class is very effective. We will strive for more (in the future). "Sailing Class" is to fight for Xincheng's poverty alleviation, and solve our Xincheng development road from education and fundamental.

[Explanation] The "Ecological Education Immigration Sailing Class" model has aroused widespread concern in the society and spread from Guangxi to the whole country.
