- CNEWS (@CNEWS) April 22, 2020The assumption of June 15 was not confirmed on Wednesday by the government spokesperson. "We need time to develop the various scenarios for resumption of activity, so I obviously can not confirm this date of June 15," said Sibeth Ndiaye after the Council of Ministers.
For several days, players in the sector have been calling on the government to face an unprecedented crisis affecting the sector and many companies of which are in very difficult financial situations.

Laurent Lutse, the president of the Hotel Trades and Industries Union (UMIH), said he was in favor of reopening bars and restaurants for mid-May on the BFM channel.
