A 50-year-old public official has been arrested on suspicion of entering another person's house while drunk and attempting to sexually harass him.



Yesterday (12th), the Seoul Western District Court issued an arrest warrant for a public official in Mapo-gu, Seoul, for violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence (quasi-forced sexual assault), saying, "There is a risk of destroying evidence and running away."



Person A is accused of attempting to sexually harass Mr. B, who was sleeping after crossing the wall of victim B's house in Bukgaswa-dong, Seoul around 4 a.m. on the 10th, Chuseok Day.



The police, who arrived after receiving the report, urgently arrested Mr. A at Mr. A's residence in the afternoon of the same day.
