The suspect who was re-arrested is Hirotaka Miyanishi (43), an unemployed man from Kita Ward, Sapporo City.



According to the police, on the 25th of last month, he stabbed and killed clerk Keisuke Ohashi, 40, at the Seicomart Kita 31-jo convenience store in Kita Ward, Sapporo, and injured a 58-year-old female clerk. He is suspected of murder and attempted murder.



He reportedly admitted to the charges and stated, ``I stabbed him with the intention of killing him.''



Miyanishi was arrested last month on suspicion of attempting to murder another 60-year-old male employee who was at the store at the time, and according to investigators, ``I don't have any grudge against the three of you and I'm sorry.'' He also made a statement to the effect that "I think so."
