It was a first half at Tallaght Stadium in Dublin where Djurgården was clearly the better team, but without managing to take advantage of the chances they created.

Victor Edvarsen chose to shoot straight at goal from distance instead of passing to Joel Asoro who was free in the penalty area and what was a great opportunity was lost in the fight for a lead goal.

In the second half, Shamrock started with greater initiative and created a couple of sharp chances, but without managing to take the lead.

Both Djurgården and the opponents would have more chances, but even though Dif struck with a quadruple change after an hour and would press more towards the end, neither team had found a hole in the other when regular time was played.

Five minutes of added time was also not long enough to force a decisive goal - and in the first group stage match in the Europa Conference League, Djurgården and Shamrock Rovers shared the points.

- I think Djurgården is the better team over 90 minutes.

But it's a bit classic when Swedish teams play in Europe, the efficiency is not like the better teams.

You don't take advantage of the chances you get.

Djurgården had some chances that they had to be effective on, says Daniel Nasskog.

Next Thursday, Djurgården take on Molde at Tele2 arena.
